CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy At Fierce Skin Esthetics, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for our time and fellow clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. A valid credit card and/or deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Please note: • Deposits are non-refundable. • Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 75% of the scheduled service amount. • Fees will be applied to the card on file. • Clients with repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may be required to prepay for future bookings. Late Arrival Policy • A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. • Clients arriving within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time may still be accommodated; however, a $15 late fee will apply. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and will be subject to the cancellation policy. • In certain cases, we may be able to modify the service to fit the remaining appointment time; however, this cannot be guaranteed. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Fierce Skin Esthetics.
